Decca helps Dean call Felix on the walkie talkie. The walkie talkies actually proved quite useful: Felix used it to inform Dean that he and Kahlil were lost. After getting them to describe their surrounding, Dean was able to go to their rescue.

Felix was VERY popular because of the communications gear. He let a select few touch it, but mostly said "No, if you have it Papa can't call me."
