The work's gotten WAY bigger than we anticipated.

• The wall had heating ducts that needed to be re-routed.
• The new ducts will be in a different wall that had to be opened.
• The ducts had asbestos insulation that was removed by a HazMat team.
• The asbestos removal was invasive enough that it made sense to replace our (not so good) heater with a new one in an entirely different and better location.
• Oh, and apparently our electrical system was put in by chimpanzees in the 1920's. This has caused angst.
