Dirk is the father of Felix's classmate Xanthe. He's also the general contractor who installed our pocket doors.

Not only that, he is a legendary party thrower. He entertained us all weekend! Saturday was a Cinco de Mayo party with samba and caipirinha (a Brazilian drink -- very strong, as Lucie can attest). Sunday was Xanthe's birthday party.
