Felix likes to wear "Buzz Lightyear" big boy trainer pants instead of diapers. When it's time to change diapers, we tell him he can wear Buzz if he pees in the potty first. So he'll trot over to the potty and give it his all.

"Big boy couches", as he calls them, are a powerful incentive. However, once they are on, he just pees and poops in them like regular diapers. Oh well, one step at a time.
